カテゴリ指定で RSS をフィルタリングする CGI で使うために、chalow のカテゴリ名一覧リストをどこか外部ファイルへ置いておきたい。
とりあえず今は下記の簡単なスクリプトで、cl.itemlist から作成。

第一引数が cl.itemlist で、第二引数は出力先（カテゴリ名一覧）ファイル名。
あとで、chalow 本体に入れる予定。
というか、入れるべきか検討する予定。
